Yes 2019 is ending,we must end the year profitably by increasing the rate at which we convert promises to money.
Firstly ,open up ALL those PIPELINE Businesses.Brutally and unemotionally access them.Which one can we focus on NOW to close the year.

1.Pay more visits to the pipeline prospects.More eye to eye meetings to iron out grey areas.Get into prospects meeting rooms now .YOU SHOULD SET UP THE MEETINGS NOW.
2.Offer Trials to stimulate experience for prospects.
3.Offer credit to draw them in first.
4. Reposition your value proposition for clarity to prospects
5 Offer incentives- BOGOF -Buy one get one free
6. Restrategize your Business Development initiatives -Marketing,Sales and Customer Relations.
7. Evaluate your employees and put the shooters at the front . Mobilize and give them incentives to deliver.This is the eleventh hour.
8.Weekends now must be for focused and intentional Networking to prospects events so you can always be in their eyes and mind .TOP- OF -THE- MIND
9.Put FINANCIAL resources behind you efforts.
10.WALK THE TALK.
