I am a strong advocate of FULL Customer Satisfaction. As such, I will recommend that every company whose focus is on growth and profitability should immediately set up a Customer Champions unit.
This is not new but should become generally implemented.
Note that this is not Human Resources (H.R),who most times are compelled to favor Management .
It is also not an Employee Activist unit of the company.
It is a unit that PROFESSIONALLY handles the affairs of a company in such a manner that ensures a WIN-WIN situation for the company and Full Satisfaction of the customer.
Every company has two distinct set of customers,namely ;
1.Internal Customer- Staff,Management etc.
2.Consumers /customers of company’s Products and Services.
